Privacy notice

This policy describes the website, ordinary enquiries and recruitment. We have requested further detail from Vercel about retention of infrastructure and security logs and will update this information when received.

Who is responsible?

Mano Solutions, Danish company registration number 35636536, Center Boulevard 5, 2300 Copenhagen S, Denmark, is responsible for the processing described here. Send privacy questions and requests concerning your rights to hello@manosolutions.dk.

When you visit the website

To deliver and protect the website, the hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, time, page address, browser and information about errors or misuse. The purposes are operation, troubleshooting and security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website under GDPR Article 6(1)(f).

The reviewed website has no analytics or marketing code and no contact form. See our cookie information as well. Protected test versions may require Vercel authentication, which is a separate access function.

When you contact us

We process the information you send, such as name, email address, telephone number, business, assignment and the content of your enquiry. We use it to answer questions, prepare proposals and follow up on collaboration.

The basis is Article 6(1)(b) where processing is necessary for a contract with you or steps taken at your request before a contract. For business contacts and other ordinary enquiries, the basis is our legitimate interest in relevant business communication and customer service under Article 6(1)(f).

You choose whether to contact us. Without relevant contact and assignment details, we may be unable to respond or prepare a proposal. Do not send national identification numbers or sensitive information in ordinary enquiries.

Job applications

Applications are sent by email as indicated on the careers page. We process the information you supply in your application, CV and subsequent correspondence to assess your application and conduct recruitment. The basis is Article 6(1)(b) for steps before a possible employment contract and Article 6(1)(f) where necessary to administer and document recruitment.

Send only information relevant to the role. This website does not request health information, national identification numbers or criminal records. If a particular role requires separate documentation, you must receive further information before it is collected. Successful applicants receive separate employee privacy information. Applications are not retained for future vacancies without a separate basis and information.

How long do we keep information?

Ordinary enquiries are deleted no later than 12 months after they are closed, unless earlier deletion is possible. Applications from unsuccessful candidates are deleted no later than 6 months after recruitment ends.

Where an enquiry becomes a client relationship, or information is necessary for legally required records or a specific legal claim, relevant information may be retained longer for that purpose. Information about a legal claim is deleted when no longer needed. Employee information is covered by separate notices.

Technical hosting and security logs have different periods from correspondence. Vercel retains technical data according to its operational and security purposes and applicable obligations. We have requested the specific retention periods for infrastructure and security logs; these have not yet been confirmed. The 12-month period is not a general retention period for all technical logs.

Providers and recipients

Relevant staff have access according to their work-related needs. We use one.com for business email and Vercel to host the new website. Providers may act as processors and use subprocessors. We may also share necessary information with advisers or authorities where relevant and lawful, for example to handle a specific claim or legal obligation.

We do not use the website to sell visitors’ information or for behavioural advertising.

Processing outside the EU/EEA

Vercel Inc. has primary processing facilities in the United States and may also process data in other countries where it or its subprocessors operate. Our Pro subscription is covered by Vercel’s published Data Processing Addendum, which sets out Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant transfers. Vercel also describes its role as an independent controller for certain service-generated data in its Privacy Notice. Hosting is therefore not restricted to the EU/EEA.

Web Analytics is not enabled and no log drains are configured. We have requested clarification from Vercel about retention of hosting security and platform logs. The business has confirmed that it has collected its one.com and Sibilum agreements; their contents have not been verified in this technical review. Contact us for information about relevant recipients and transfer safeguards.

Images, fonts and external links

Images and the Inter font are served from this website’s own hosting. Images are no longer requested from the old WordPress website, and fonts are not requested from Google Fonts.

Links to social media and other websites open external services with their own privacy information. Links are different from embedded tracking pixels.

Your rights

Under the applicable rules, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. Their application depends on the processing and any exceptions. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Contact hello@manosolutions.dk. We may request information needed to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; if a lawful extension applies, we will explain the deadline and reason. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency at www.datatilsynet.dk.
