Our journey through time and growth

Here we share Mano Solutions’ origins, development and the philosophy behind our work in events, security and operations.

From hands-on support to specialised services

Mano began with something simple: being there when an extra pair of hands was needed.

When there was no clear overview and plans changed as the work unfolded. It was not always pretty, but it was honest. That is where we got to know each other.

Over time, the assignments grew. Not because we set out to do more, but because people kept calling back and asking, “Can you help with this too?”

Today, the solutions are more complex. But the feeling is the same: the desire to make things happen together.

A story of commitment and collaboration

If you put people first, the rest usually follows.

It has never been about building the biggest organisation. It has been about bringing the right people together and giving them room to take responsibility.

Commitment grows when people feel seen and taken seriously, when they know they matter.

Good collaboration starts with people who care about one another.

From responsibility to safety in practice

For me, it began with responsibility: looking after people when the circumstances were unclear, when crowds were moving and something could go wrong if no one took charge.

At first, it was simple: being present, bringing calm under pressure and helping people through safely without them even noticing.

As trust grew, so did the assignments. Today, security is a specialised part of the Mano family.

But the underlying belief remains the same: safety is created by people who take responsibility for one another.

Our values

Safety in practice

What it means: We create calm through preparation, oversight and a clear safety mindset. Clients should feel reassured and guests should experience a smooth flow.

What it does not mean: Rushing, compromising safety or accepting work we cannot deliver properly.

In practice: We say no when quality would otherwise be compromised.

Clear communication

What it means: We are clear and specific before, during and after. We share what is needed to succeed and align expectations early.

What it does not mean: Uncertainty, incomplete information or leaving people to guess the plan.

In practice: Being easy to reach and responding promptly are part of our service.

Team as a tool

What it means: We succeed as a team, with standards, respect and an inclusive culture where everyone can contribute.

What it does not mean: Micromanagement, ego-driven projects or internal silos.

In practice: We put the right people on the right tasks and help each other succeed.

People first

What it means: We understand people, situations and needs and act accordingly. We look after our clients’ people, our colleagues and our guests.

What it does not mean: Heavy-handed solutions without understanding, or allowing operations to come at the expense of wellbeing.

In practice: We measure success in happy employees and clients, as well as work completed.

Flexibility with backbone

What it means: We take on small and large tasks, including when the pressure is on, and go the extra mile when it makes sense. A small job can lead to a lasting relationship.

What it does not mean: Allowing flexibility to become unpaid work or an unsustainable business.

In practice: Be conscious of the choices you make and their consequences.

Responsibility and social commitment

What it means: We take responsibility for quality, safety, people and completing the job. We make room for different backgrounds and develop talent.

What it does not mean: Taking on work we cannot manage or leaving problems for others to resolve.

In practice: We help people grow, let go when it is right and create jobs responsibly.

A story about people before structures.

About making room for those who do their best when reality does not follow the plan.

This is the story of Mano. And why people always come first.
