Terms & Conditions
Translation for review. This translation is a draft and requires review before use.
These terms apply to all services, deliveries and advice provided by Mano Solutions, including event delivery, security, staffing, crew, stagehands and related operational services. Deviations are valid only if agreed in writing and approved by Mano Solutions. The commissioning party is referred to as the Client.
1. Agreement, quotations and orders
An agreement becomes binding upon the Client’s written acceptance and order confirmation. Quotations are time-limited and expire after the acceptance deadline. To prepare a quotation, Mano Solutions requires at least the nature and scope of the assignment, the number and type of staff, time, location and meeting point, and a relevant contact person.
2. Fees and payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are paid in instalments. Event standard: 20% at commencement, 70% before the event or assignment, and 10% after completion. Security standard: 33.33% at commencement, 33.33% before the event or assignment, and 33.33% after completion. The payment deadline appears on the invoice. Non-payment may result in work being stopped and treated as cancellation.
3. Cancellation
For crew and stagehands, cancellation less than 24 hours before the job starts incurs a fee equal to the minimum booking per employee. For events and security assignments, cancellation after commencement requires payment of the first instalment; cancellation within seven days before the event or assignment requires the first and second instalments; cancellation seven days before the event or later requires the full fee. The overlapping timing in the Danish source must be clarified before use.
4. Minimum booking and working hours
Minimum booking is three hours per hospitality employee, four hours per crew member and five hours per security employee. Extensions are charged under the applicable terms. If an assignment is shortened, actual hours are charged subject to the minimum booking. Time is rounded up to the nearest half-hour.
5. Illness, absence and replacement
In the event of illness or absence, Mano Solutions is obliged to obtain replacement personnel. The Client is not entitled to operational compensation arising from illness or absence. The Client may decline individual employees, after which Mano Solutions may supply a replacement.
6. Direction and insurance
Where the Client has authority to direct the work, the Client is responsible for occupational injury insurance and other relevant statutory insurance. If the Client is not properly insured, authority to direct the work may transfer to Mano Solutions for an additional charge.
7. Transport, accommodation and geography
For assignments outside Greater Copenhagen, the Client may be charged transport costs, wages during travel, and any accommodation and meals. Where Mano Solutions vehicles are used, travel is charged at applicable government rates.
8. Recruitment restriction
The Client may not directly or indirectly recruit Mano Solutions employees without a written agreement. Breach incurs a contractual penalty: DKK 50,000 per Mano Security employee or a DKK 15,000 recruitment fee per Mano Event employee. The restriction applies during the engagement and for up to 12 months afterwards.
9. Communication and information sharing
All assignment-related communication must take place through Mano Solutions management and official channels. Direct contact with employees, including private messages and participation in the Client’s internal groups, databases or forums, is not permitted and may trigger a contractual penalty.
10. Whistleblowing
Mano Solutions has a whistleblowing scheme that permits employees and partners to report serious matters anonymously and in good faith, protects against retaliation, and covers matters such as legal breaches, fraud, harassment and serious internal breaches. The Danish source states that the scheme complies with applicable data-protection law.
11. Confidentiality and data protection
Information is treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable law. Parties have rights of access, rectification and restriction of information.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
Disputes are subject to Danish law and Danish jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
