We are always looking for new colleagues and offer flexible work on an assignment basis.
Would you like to work behind the scenes as a stagehand, security host, hospitality host or in another role? From small theatre performances to major festivals, exhibitions, conferences and product launches, there are many ways to contribute.
If you enjoy practical work, are ready to help at different hours and can bring a positive attitude, Mano Solutions could be a place for you.
What we offer
We offer flexible work beyond a traditional nine-to-five schedule. You can indicate when and how much you want to work. You will see what happens behind the scenes at events of different sizes and learn what it takes to make them run smoothly.
Stagehand work can be physical, from securing tents to moving scenery and building stands. There is also outdoor work, particularly in summer. You will meet colleagues from varied backgrounds and have opportunities to develop through courses.
Who are you?
- You are willing to learn from experienced colleagues.
- You have a strong work ethic and arrive on time.
- You are comfortable with changing hours and assignments.
- For stagehand roles, you are ready for physically demanding work.
- You can stay positive when it is late and the weather is difficult.
- Similar experience is helpful but not required.
