A partnership we must continue to earn

Mano Security, the security division of Mano Solutions, has renewed its contract with DGI Byen and Øksnehallen. We are pleased, and above all aware of the responsibility that comes with it.

Our relationship with Øksnehallen goes back to 2005. Over so many years, you get to know the buildings, the rhythm and the people. You also learn that experience alone is not a reason to be asked to continue.

The process leading to the new contract was an opportunity to look closely at the partnership. What works well? How can we make it easier for DGI Byen to plan and deliver its events? How do we ensure guests, organisers and employees experience the same quality every time?

For us, partnership means using the knowledge we have built together to take responsibility: staffing appropriately, communicating clearly and handling what happens during an event, including the things no one could have put in a plan in advance.

A contract is signed on a particular day. The trust behind it is built on all the other days.
