With the establishment of Mano Solutions, Mano Event, Mano Security and Eventpiloterne come together in one structure responsible for event operations, safety and delivery. We bring crew, service and security staff together as one Mano Solutions package.

The merger marks a strategic move from individual services to one integrated operation, taking responsibility across planning, staffing, security and delivery.

Each company has deep roots in the industry. Mano Solutions brings their experience together so operations, flow and risk management can be considered from the first idea to the final load-out.

Established in 2026, with roots back to 1998. Mano Event began in 1998, Mano Security in 2004 and Mano Hospitality, formerly Eventpiloterne, in 2021.

We bring together planning, staffing, security and practical event delivery: event production, professional event and service staff, security and risk management, and operational coordination before, during and after events.

Our clients include event agencies, venues, organisers, public organisations and international productions. Based in Copenhagen, we work across Scandinavia.
